I read comic just now. The title is doshiro de gozaru and it is about a samurai called doshiro and his friends. What a nice comic!! I’m a little bit sad because it end in volume 8. It really funny and make me thing, is there a really innocent people like that?? Hahaha, and i like what they said “ you can if you really think you can”. Well, i got medicinal chemistry this morning. It was about chemical aspect of antiinfection and anticancer.  Chemotherapy is a therapy that use compound selectively so it more toxic into attacker organism than into the host. Antituberculose drug such as INH usually used together with another drug like rifampin or streptomisin so it can prevent resistance. This drug usually long-use. It also talked about etambutol that has a structure like bactery cell wall so it can prevent the cell wall formation. And then we talked about antifungi. Do you know that our body produce  fungi static? Well,, it there in our sweat and called undesilenat acid. Well, we talked a lot. I learned about anthelmintic, antiscabies, antiprotozoa and anticancer too. But not so detil of course, because if too detail just one lecturer won’t enough. And as general i can say that if we change chemical sructure then its effect could change too. For example undesilenat acid, it zinc salt form is more effectif. And there are a lot of drug that having a structure like metabolite, ah how to say it?? Hmm, i’ll give example. There is an antiviral drug called idoksuridin. It has structure like timidin, one of DNA compiler, but the CH3 is change by iod. So it can make DNA and RNA( that infect by virus) making is fail. Well, i don’t know learning about drug is so complicated like this. Today there were microbiology and communication too.. microbiology talked about euchariotic and prochariotic. I also learned about the difference between Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria.  Gram positive has a thick peptidoglican that having a strong interaction with crystallin violet(dye) so evenhtough washed by alcohol it still violet, but Gram negative only has a thin peptidoglican, so in coloring it will finally pink, because when it washed by alcohol after colored by crystallin violet and iodin, it will fade. I have a homework from communication. It is too talk with unknown person in 5 minutes. Hehehe, well, i guess when will i do my homework??
