I read city hunter today.. hoho, i don’t get a mood to study , how lazy.. i went to campus at 10.30 am and learned” kimia medisinal” (medicinal chemistry) at room2. As long as i can understand, its subject mostly talk about the relationship between chemical structur of drugs and its effect. It also said that medicinal chemistry is a subject between chemical and biology. There are 3 chemist-physic  nature of drugs, which are lipofilicity, steric, and electronic. At the beginning, human find drugs from nature, and then we try to isolate the active compound and then discover its chemical structure so finally we can sintetize it. I’ve learned about biotransformation too. I just know that our reseptor is oily, so if drug soluble in organic solven it can more interactive with reseptor. Drugs also have to easy to eliminate. If not, it can accumulated in our body and become dangerous. That’s why most of drugs is lipofilic labil metabolic, so from its nonpolar nature, it having convertion metabolik process (oxidation,reduction,hidrolisis)which is called as 1st fase and become polar, and than konjugated(2nd  fase) so become more polar and solable in the water so it can excreted from our body. I also know that kinin is difficult to sintetisz so we take its core that we called as KINOLIN and giving amino substituent so it can active as antimalaria drugs.  Hah, as usual i don’t really like biology. That’s why i felt really bored during microbiology. Maybe it was because the lecturer was bored too. Well he just talked about the benefit of microbiology and how we have not to afraid of microorganism. I didn’t really interested so i just listened without really gave attention. That’s not good, right?? Hah, what should i do tomorrow?? wakwakwak
